Lead Radar
demo · real profiles
Operators become founders.
operator-founders flagged across supply chain, retail and commerce software, surfaced before the bankers call.

Your searchable history of every founder the radar surfaces, scored against NewRoad's thesis and ranked. Filter by state and by date.

Why you reach them first
Tuned to the spinout
Scored on operators leaving Walmart, J.B. Hunt, Tyson and the freight-tech leaders to build.
Backyard first
Northwest Arkansas founders your operating partners can meet this week rank on their own hub.
Window aware
Every card shows company age and momentum, so you see who is entering your check-size window.
Before the process
Sourced from public signals ahead of banked processes, when a $5M to $20M check still shapes the round.
The earliest public signal: a founder flip, a headcount ramp, a first GTM hire. Among public signals, you are at the front of the line.

How it is scored

Public professional-profile data is filtered to people in the hubs you monitor whose profile recently signalled a founder move. Claude then scores each candidate against NewRoad's thesis on three pillars:

Operator pedigree /40
Seniority and quality of the operating career: VP-and-up roles at category leaders, a prior exit, a repeat-founder track record, or a proven builder path.
Momentum /40 · the gate
A company that exists and moves: shipping product, hiring, raising, winning named customers. A dormant profile or a side project fails the gate, whatever the pedigree.
Thesis fit /20
Supply chain and logistics, retail and CPG tech, or commerce software, inside NewRoad's window: the kind of bet NewRoad makes.

Total is the three summed (0 to 100). A person is flagged only if they clear the momentum gate and score 65 or above. Everyone else stays in "Also reviewed" so nothing is hidden. Every person is stored once under a unique key, so no one is ever flagged twice.

How it works

An automated pipeline that runs on a schedule: a people-data signal in, a ranked lead out. The same steps run for one hub or for all of Europe.

Runs automatically on a schedule · public professional data only · human in the loop, no automated outreach.
01
Signal
We watch public professional profiles in each hub for a fresh flip to a stealth or founder headline, within the last few months.
02
Collect
Each signalled person's full profile is pulled once (roles, education, location) and de-duplicated, so no one is processed twice.
03
Score
Claude scores the whole batch against 100in's three-pillar thesis and the stealth gate, with a written reason for each person.
04
Store
Results are saved to a private store, keyed on a unique identity so a person is never flagged twice.
05
Deliver
Flagged founders land in your weekly digest and here, ranked, with the why and the profile link.

The radar flags; a person decides. Public professional data only, GDPR-aligned: a lawful basis of legitimate interest, no automated outreach, and a one-request opt-out that removes and suppresses a person for good.
